Sadly, could not get myself out of the trough this week to get much done. Maybe next week...
Results for this week:
1. Just over 100 words on the new story (still untitled)

Say, how did you do at the Ren Fest?
ReplyDeleteWell, some is better than nothing, right? I don't even count words on plot outlines. My outline is pretty vague anyway.
ReplyDeleteDid about as well this time as last fall. Not a stellar amount, but given it's a Ren Fest, and I'm selling Sci-Fi novels, it went okay. Lots of promo opportunity, and folks asking about e-book versions.
ReplyDeleteSome is better than nothing...that's the truth, Angie. Sadly, most of my week was spent sulking in the wallows of self-pity, which is never a good idea.
My outlines are usually specific, but they end up getting changed a lot when I actually get into the writing. I think if I went into the outline for my latest Aston novel, I'd probably find a lot of things that strayed or didn't even end up in the final version.
